Obtaining a B2 Visa

Good morning! Thanks in advance for your help. I would like to know how difficult it is for a Mexican Citizen to obtain a tourist visa while married to a US Citizen. I realize that being married to a USC exposes the applicant you at a hire level of scrutiny when trying to obtain non-immigrant visa. But is it possible to obtain? Has anyone successfully obtained one?

It is absolutly possible. If you're looking for odds think about the beneficiaries ties to Mexico, what can the beneficiary provide to combat the immigrant intent presumption not only being married to a USC but having an immigrant petition filed. The better the ties the better the chances. However, nothing is a guarentee as clearly the beneficiary has immigrant intent regardless of ties

Hi, thanks for your help. I am not married...yet. I'm just asking because one never knows what the future holds and I'm one of those people that obsessively prepares for all possible outcomes. May be a seemingly pointless question but you never know. Again, thanks!
