G325 College Address and Permanent Address

Hello again all,

I'm working on my G325 form and I got to the point where I fill out my addresses. I transferred colleges twice and then came back home to another college, so would it be acceptable to list it as this:

My parent's address 1988-present

College #2 2007-2008

College #1 2006-2007

Or would this be confusing to someone reviewing the form? I can always add a note somewhere explaining it.

Why not list your parents´address twice? Once for before college and once for after? I believe that is what I did since I lived with my parents, went to college, and then returned to my parents again.
