The good news? You only have to do it ONCE. NO ONE would exploit humans again in this country and all workers would have equal protections.

But for those with no stones...how about this....the reverse will work just as well.

A $10,000 tax CREDIT for each employee for demostrating that ALL employees are legal by complying with e-verify?

So now the Gary/Alla adminstration has bestowed a HUGE tax credit on that same guy for hiring a LEGAL worker and saving the states billions in money used to subsidize the slave industry. Aren't we great? People will ove us now! Employing legal workers that pay taxes, getting people off unemployment and welfare. I still prefer the punishment method for the illegal exploitation of humans, but rewards work also. It may be the better choice given that a lot of people do not have the backbone to stand up for human rights and demand the end of exploitation of brown people. It is a ecnomical problem and demands an economical solution. We simply need to make unfeasible to hire illegals. Easy to do. Simply requiring e-verify will do most of the work.

So your against punishing the people who break the laws of this country and hire illegals eh? Your arguments on this are pathetic at best. You obviously don't have a clue as to how labor laws in this country work, and why we have them in the first place, or you don't give a ####### and you would put this country back 100 years.

Gary is a little selective in his Libertarian-ism. Much like hippies, he likes rules that don't apply to him, and probably thinks he is the unwritten exception to all the rest.

Punish them and punish them big. Some peeps on here like LI apparently never worked a day in their life and don't realize what the US labor industry went through to get the labor laws we have now. Blood was spilled and lives were lost so that US workers could have a better life. That history is lost on people who would have others exploited while helping to make this country a third world ####### hole while sh*tting on the laws of this country. It's repulsive is what it is.

I don't like any rules, but I am not beyond using them to my advantage. I am about as law-abiding a person as you will ever find.
