Hello Everyone!

Hope you all had a happy holidays? Please i got a quick question. My Green card indicates valid 12/12/2011 to 12/12/2013. when do you think i should file I-751 for romoval of condition with my wife? I don't want to be caught up with USCIS too soon/too late night-mare!

90 days before the expiration date on your card is when the window opens.

Go here: http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html enter your expiry date, tell it to subtract 90 days and that's when your window opens. If you divorce prior to that date you MUST file ROC immediately.

**Edit - So your window is Sept 13, 2013 to Dec 12, 2013. You have to file before Dec 12, 2013.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
