Hello everyone and i hope you are all doing well. I am back with another question because everyone is always so helpful. I am waiting on my fiance's 2 papers to get here from morocco, the fiance letter of intent and his G-325A. The thing is, back in March he sent me these forms already because i was going to do it then, but i had some problems getting the money at first. Now i have the money and i had him send me the forms again because i was afraid they wouldn't except them because they were from about 9 months ago. Do you think they would accept them?? He wants me to call USCIS to find out if they would. Im just worried because of the date on them. I'm just seeing if anyone thinks its a good idea just to try or should i not bother at all. He can't find his confirmation # from the second set he sent me and im worried they got lost in transit because of christmas. Thank you in advance of any reply i get and have a great evening :D :D :D

Calling USCIS about this would be useless.

Forms and other things should be dated as close to sending the package as possible so that the evidence and forms are current.

ok thank you for your reply, i will just wait and hope it shows soon, its will be a month tomorrow he sent them. I think because of christmas it is being slowed down, normally it only takes about 2 weeks for his things to get to me.
