Out of AP at NVC

Timeline

Well I called NVC today and was told that my case is out of AP and done being processed and waiting to be send to the embassy. Any idea how long it takes after being out of AP for it to be send to embassy? Any help will be greatly appreciated....

It will be fairly Quick "Me and Him" you out of AP and now it goes fast to NVC!! It will be at the Embassy before you know it! Good Luck, My fellow May 2011 Filer!!!:thumbs: :thumbs:

received May 2nd 2011

NOA1 Notice Date:May 4th 2011

NOA 2 txt/ email on july 18th 2011

NOA 2 received in Mail July 20th dated July 18th 2011

NOA2 in "74" days!

NO RFE

Personal issue in the Philippines

Medical Exam: March 22nd 2012

Medical Cleared on March 23rd 2012

Interview Date:April 16th, 2012......PASSED

Arrival Los Angeles California: July 7th 2012.

Marriage September 7th 2012 at San Bernardino County Hall of Records

Preparing for AOS

I hope it gets shipped fast. I also hope its really out of AP. NVC is known to give wrong information. I wont be surprised if I call tomorrow and be told that its still in AP. Iam just hoping for the best but prepared for the worst.

From my experience, until they tell you it has shipped, assume you are in AP. I was told it was finished processing and waiting to ship, then a few days later it was processing again. There was definitely some confusion on the part of their phone reps.

I just called them every day, as much of a waste of time it is, it became a comforting ritual for me. Eventually they said it shipped out. After the embassy contacted my fiance to setup her interview, I got the official letter from NVC. There will be much to laugh about once this process is all said and done. :)
