I am relocating to Puerto Rico, can I apply for my fiance to join me there?

Hi,

I just found out that my work is moving me to puerto rico this spring. I am just about to submit my application for a K1 VISA for my partner in Peru, if approved will he be able to join me in puerto rico or is that a completely different application??? Can my address be a puerto rican one or will I have to have my mail sent to the USA interior?

Thanks for any help, this is just out of the blue!

Yes, you can live in Puerto Rico and s/he can join you there.

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.
