You do not need the police report till the NVC stage. NVC will need the original.

Did you include any chats or emails? Maybe add a few.

Did you include phone bills? Should add a couple.

Did you have any hotel bills or anything that shows co-mingling of money like a shared credit card?

I front loaded mine because Egypt is a difficult counselate. Maybe your place is easier?

And I would NEVER risk sending the whole packet to my mother. Send her only her part and have her send it back to you.

Can yu imagine if she lost it or the mail lost it and you have to make a whole new package????

Also make 2 copies of that complete package before you send it for you and spouse.

Good Luck

It will not hurt to have the police report for a missing passport but I am not sure it is necessary.

And yes chats sent to uscis should be translated. But you are not required to send them. It is just extra proof that you both speak daily and communicate on a regular basis.

Good idea. They will not be as good as proof you have been living together.

Do you have either rent lease with your names on it?

Do you have a joint checking or savings?

Do you have sworn affadavits from mother in law or any friends?

If you do not have a rental agreement because you are stying with family then have them sign a note saying they know you both are living together at their home.

You did a good job as it is. I am thinking from a proof of co-mingling aspect. So, I am just giving you ideas to help make your paperwork more strong.

Nber 7 to 10 are not required.

9 The petitioner (the USC) must send a copy of birth certificate OR copy of each page of passport. Not both, that's unnecessary.

7 Social security: what for? This is not requested.

8 USC ID: same, not requested.

10 Not required at this time. It will only be necessary to send it at NVC stage, and sending it now doesn't mean you won't have to do it again later, so it's pointless.

One more important thing

Cover Letter that shows all the organized stuff you put in the envelope. Makes it easier for them to find stuff.

I think you will be fine! Seriously, I think everything is sufficient. The previous posts are correct (ie. only petitioner pasaporte is sufficient). Re-read the instructions for form I-130 again...then send. Remember the petitioner must sign one g-325 and the beneficiary must sign the other g-325. I tell you that because I was confused by the instructions about signatures on g-325. I assume this is for an IR1/CR1 immigrant visa?
