It probably wouldnt surprize you to know that they get alot of fradulent applicants also.

Complain all you want, but I doubt anything wil change. I do agree that they can be courteous when they deny a fradulent application though.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Let me guess, your fiancé's application was denied or put on Admin Review. The problems with the Manila embassy in processing visas are one the total number of applications, two the amount of fraud and three I think there is a bit of jealousy on the part of the Filipino women that work there in processing of visa applications.
