hey everyone!

i have my interiew in vancouver consulate in one week and im pretty excited! i started reading reviews on peoples experiences with the vancouver consulate to see what everyones experience was like for there k-1 visa. I was reading one, and someone had an issue with there passport photos they needed to bring to the consulate. Apparently the background colour in the photos was more of a cream white and not just white i guess from reading the review. From that, the beneficiary almost couldnt go forth with the interview she stated.

I got my 5 passport photos done at my local london drugs here(which stated to me that they always take photos for immigration visas and know the requirements). Im worried because the background colour looks a little off or darker white to me..everywhere ive got my passport photos done before look like that though.

im not sure what to do im a little worried!! anyone run into this issue before?

white to of white is fine according to the istructions for the F-129 and i read that it was fine for your k-1 app as well. it is not a new passport photo just a passport like photo for them to attach to your documents.

Don't worry. Even if they're not okay you wouldn't be denied, they'd just ask for new ones. Some places have places to takes photos in the same building or nearby so it can be easily fixed...
