Guangzhou Document Intake and Item concern about Passport

I know my wife has her interview in February,

She is a bit freaking out after she has been looking through Chinese forums on the CR1, about what they actually ask at Document intake,

I know from our forums, they may ask if she was a CCP member, or if she ever go out of country.

She is not a CCP member, but she feels they want a UK police report.

The DS-230 does list under education that she went to the UK, but I had helped her with form and I put 2002-2010 in education for the english school she went to. Cause she went a few times during that period for 3 month english business courses. She never lived or worked in the UK, just stayed with friends everytime she went to study, then the school went out of business in 2010 and she didnt get the certificate.

She no longer has her old passport from 2010, she now has a new passport since November 2010 that has no stamps except for Thailand (vacation)

She was bothering me if they will ask for a police report from the UK. But she never stayed or lived 12 months at one time. The longest was 3 months (semester study) for about 7 times over 7 years

I do not think a UK police report could be produced with her history or even in time for the interview.

I was telling her to calm down, cause NVC approved the I-130, the G-325, DS-230 that had the educational data. her Chinese addresses are the only ones listed. NVC never sent me an RFE for any of this.

Should I be concerned? Will Document Intake need this info or the VO bring this up. If so she will tell the truth that she went for 3 months each year from 2002 to 2010 to study a business english course, and only stayed temporarily with her friends whom are from her family and local area who happen to live in the UK.

IIRC, it's 6 months out of the country for a duration, a singular duration. If it's 6 months or more, a single duration, the police certificate is needed.

Hopefully someone else can confirm/deny.

none of those durations were 6 months, the IV instructions for document intake OF-171 from the GUZ form site say

Applicants aged 16 or older must submit this form for all countries in which the applicant has resided for one year or more and wherever the applicant has been living for six months prior to the interview since attaining the age of 16. Police certificates are only valid for one year.

So I guess it doesnt apply to her. But she no longer has her old passport to show any proof if they ask?

Nope, her place is so sterile like an IKEA furniture demo display. Her parents too. no knick nacks and stuff and when I was in her hometown, it was the first time for her and even her parents to ever visit the palaces and museums in their hometown even they all lived there since birth. Reminded me a bit as if this could be an example of life in the Soviet Union

Their parents pattern is

Sleep

Eat

Smoke

Mahjong

TV

Eat

Sleep
