Passport Photograph

I am putting together the required information for filing I-130 to petition for my spouse. One of the requirement is one passport photograph with your name written at the back with pencil. My question is the format. Should I start with the last name first, then first name and middle name or should it be first name, middle name and then last name? Please advise.

I think to be safe I will do this format; each name preference on top and write the name under; like :

Lastname First Middle

Just write your name as your would normally. First, middle, Last. Doing it any other way could be confusing.
