You can put it in a plastic bag or print them with captions whatever you want.

You put them wherever your wanting to put them. Your cover letter should reflect the order of your package you are sending.

According to the guide, it said to print them normal photo quality. What I did was had them printed at Office Depot as regular-sized photos, wrote both our names on the back of each picture, the date, and the place, then put them in a ziplock back with our names on it.

Never got an RFE and I recently received my NOA2, so seems to have worked. Although, I'm sure printing them on a computer with discriptions would work too. :) GL

Just get your pictures and write the info on the back (date, location, names etc). I simply placed my pics in a separate envelope which I labeled "pictures" and put this inside my double pocket folder.

We printed the pictures with an inkjet printer with 6 pictures per page on flat finish 8.5 x 11 photopaper using HP Photosmart. We made notes in the margins under each picture describing who, what, where, and when. We sent about 12 to 18 pictures (2 or 3 pages) with each application for every stage of our journey, with no problems.

As was said, you can do either and place them wherever you like, noting placement of items on your cover letter. However, printing them out on standard size paper will save space and make your petition more uniform for mailing.

We all scanned the photos(passport stamps, plane ticket stubs, attraction tickets etc) and gathered them in a MS word document(easy to organize.)

Each page has 2-4 photos with description(dates, place, who is in the picture, etc.)

printed them in color on normal papers, and it was approved by the NVC :D

In my case what I did was to put all the pics in normal photo print and to put a tag at the side of each one relating date, place, people on the pic, etc. Then I printed in normal paper other pics in the last night before my interview jejeje... did not have any problem, but to be honest I dont know if each embassy has a specific requeriment,it has been just my experience. Good luck!:)

Here is what I did. I printed my pictures on regular paper with a caption on the bottom of each picture. I only placed 2 pictures on each page. Doing this will allow each picture to be large enough to see. They were in chronological order. This was done on my home printer. Nothing fancy. One more thing. I placed my name on the upper right hand of each page submitted in the event that they get separated from the packet. They will know who it belongs to.

I took the instructions for the I-129 and highlighted all the items that I needed to submit. Then I made a cover sheet for each item required. Such as:

"3. What Documents Do You Need to Show That You Are a U.S. Citizen?" D.

Then I attached a copy of my passport.

"5. What Documents Do You Need to Prove That You Can Legally Marry?" A.

This is where I placed my pictures to show that we met. Here is where you can show receipts such as hotel, airline ticket and more.

I placed my whole packet in the same order as the instructions requested the information.

Use the instructions as your checklist so you would not forget anything.

This worked for me and I did not get a "Request For Information."

I mailed it using Express Mail because you can track it. This also gives you a receipt that you sent it. DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE COPIES OF YOUR PACKET. I did this in case it was lost and it will be easier to send it again. Also, you will have a record of what you sent.

I hope this helps.

Good Luck!
