Post #4 in this thread is where the relevant information was disclosed and also seems to represent the one short time period when the OP was responding rationally to actual information.

Well actually from my fiance reading the paper out to me. It states they will send the petition back to the USCIS which means that everything is going down the drain.

Yes, sorry- didn't spot that straight away.

Just went straight to answering , before I realized she had the correct info given to her already.

IK HOU VAN JOU, MARK

.png

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

If that was the case then the information would have been constructed , not insulting. The one thing life has taught most adults, insulting someone else doesn't make you look smarter it only show the true you. Most on this board has no idea how immigration really works, they are just repeating something they have read posted in another post without taking in the entirety of the case that they are now responding to.

All it takes is one IBB and then the wolves feel like they have been given permission to attack. The onstructed information was posted on the 1st page, everything else has been an attack.

My fiance asked him what more proof can he give?

Hmmm he was pushing it here.. they wont give suggestions to build "the" case.

They handed him a white sheet stating that enough evidence wasnt presented (for a) to believe that we were in a legitimate relationship.

This here seems to be why others and my self are saying the case was denied.

I am totally confused. Is this the Ap process or what? Was he denied or what?

I'm saying denied.

I was told usually when a person is denied their passport is stamped. His passport wasnt stamped and my fiance said during the interview they fingerprinted him. Please somebody let me know what this means.

A finger print is done at the FIRST part of the interview process which is standard for anyone. This is done BEFORE the actual interview. Is that so that a denial stamp would be placed in the passport..? Is that now a new process.?? There's no visa in the passport for them to stamp a denial to.. unless he has a tourist visa that they found fit to cancel/revoke.
