Hi just wanted to ask quick question. My hubby had to do a culture test which is 2 months. I was just wondering if his test turns out to be negative how long does St. Luke usually schedule his interview? Does it takes weeks months or what?

History:

Husband and I were childhood friends (neighbors)

left the philippines when I was 6yrs old

Came back to the Philippines 2004 which we hanged out

1 year of courtship

2005 we became official

2006 went back to philippines for vacation

2010 went home to the Philippines March-September

Petition Timeline

March 4, 2011- Paralegal Mailed documents Chicago

March 8, 2011- Was received in Chicago

Priority Date- March 8, 2011

March 14, 2011- TOUCHED (according to uscis.gov)

March 18, 2011- Received NOA1 hardcopy (Priority date March 8, 2011)

June 15, 2011 - NOA2 (notification on 6/15, received hardcopy on 6/17)

July 16, 2011 - received case number, IIN

July 25, 2011 - AOS bill invoiced and paid

July 27, 2011 - AOS bill appears as PAID

Sept 2, 2011 - RFE

Sept 13, 2011 - Case Complete

i jouined a filipina forum on facebook called Pretty Ladies VJ members and i found it to be a great site for information. from there, i met christine, a friend from zamboanga.. she documented her experience on this link Christine's St. Luke experience and i hope it will let u know more about her experience.. best regards...

Our I-130 was approved in 92 days from our NOA1 date.

CASE NUMBER ASSSIGNED : Sept. 12, 2011

EMAILED DS3032 : October 6, 2011

AOS FEE BILL PAID : October 11, 2011

IV FEE BILL PAID : October 24, 2011

NVC received AOS and IV packs = Nov. 3, 2011

NVC RESPONSE = Nov. 8, 2011 - RFE for missing proof of relationship with co-sponsor

Mailed RFE file = Nov. 9, 2011

NVC received RFE = November 14, 2011, 9:54 am, PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801

CASE CLOSED = Nov. 18, 2011 :D

MEDICAL EXAM = Dec 20-21, 2011 = PASSED!!!

INTERVIEW DATE = January 6, 2012 = APPROVED!!! ----Our interview took 250 days from our I-130 NOA1 date.

VISA PRODUCTION = January 6,2012

VISA DELIVERY = January 11, 2012

POE = Feb.18, 2012

SSN Received = Feb 25, 2012

GC received = April 5, 2012 (incorrect data entry :((, sent back April 9, 2012)

CORRECT GC RECEIVED = August 22, 2012, granted IR1 (10 year gc)

that's where our USCIS process ends for now.. will wait for the next 3-4 years what we'll do next...

You can call the day of record to St. Luke's , get the result and schedule it yourself if you wish. Or you can wait for them to schedule it. It is 6 on one side and a half dozen on the other......really doesn't matter IMO, it'll be 1 1/2 months unless you are lucky. Best wishes on a negative culture!

Hello! it depends if there's still available slots. I went through culture test and I got my medical result on November 22 and I re scheduled it online and the available slots I took was December 12. I think it's better to call the US Em right after you received your culture test so they can schedule you right away. :)

What do they ask when u guys call USEM?

Mine since I set the date of the interview online under k3 visa I went online to re book again. But I think IR/CR visa they already have schedule sometimes the hospital gave them a new schedule or they call the embassy right after they got the result. You can just wait until he receives the result then you can do either one of it. My friend, SLME gave her the schedule....
