Hey VJ!! Im about to start filing for my husband in Jamaica but I needed some last minute information. Is it okay for us to submit a CD with wedding photos as part of the evidence with the I-130? Will it be accepted or should we just submit the physical pictures?

I'm quite sure that USCIS will accept a CD to view your wedding photos. If you want to front load your petition, I would suggest that you develop your wedding photos and submit it with your petition. It wouldn't hurt to call USCIS and ask them if your CD is acceptable.

My husband is from Lebanon and the US Embassy doesn't accept CDs or videos - no electronic devices.

Good luck.

I'm actually pretty sure they won't accept electronic evidence of any type

Keep your petition easy to approve. Print off your photos and submit them with your petition

Good luck

USCIS will NOT accept digital media. Many reasons including viruses etc. hard copies only.

They will accept anything in the package, they will however NOT look at any electronic media, no CD no memory sticks. So you may as well put a label on a blank CD.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Nope, no digital media is accepted. I've been looking like crazy to find a link(source) to submit. I know it's not accepted at USCIS nor at the interview, probably not for the same reasons though. I'll keep looking unless somebody else finds the right link.

Ya know, you could walk yer CD over to Walgreens or CVS or even Walmart - have photo sets made same day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
