My senator confirmed to me that my case is back in the US (IR 1 to be reviewed for possible revocation). I have additional evidences (Have done formal engagement and church wedding after the first interview). To speed up things, can I go ahead and mail those additional evidences to uscis?

Has anyone ever done this?

Pls share again VJERS

Thank you all for always sharing

No do not send additional evidence now. It will most likely not catch up with the petition, and could possibly adversely affect the outcome. If they say you can't file for the CR/IR1 and sending evidence that you married in a different manner after the petition you were certainly be denied and start out all over again. Wait for the NOID and respond or hope for a reaffrimation.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
