hi everyone im just woried if im pass or notmart because im interview last dec.2011 after interview to the consulate has return the appointment letter with 221g white paper with no pinkslip the white letter has have marke blue us federalincome tax return for year2010 and w-2 form year 2010 and black mark with evidence of current sustained income other have indicate a copy of petitioner lpr/greencard and submission of required document has been sent via 2go courier i gonna ask after i sent all document i got my pink slip??????? pls help me guys bout my situation........

I'm gonna try to dissect this...

-- us federalincome tax return for year2010 and

-- w-2 form year 2010 and black mark with

--evidence of current sustained income other have indicate a

--copy of petitioner lpr/greencard and

--submission of required document has been sent via 2go courier

so - need Tax Return on the Petitioner for Tax Year 2010

-- need W-2 form on the Petitioner for Tax Year 2010

--Need a letter of employment from the petitioner's employer

--Need to prove up Petitioner's USCitizen status or LPR status by showing proof of status.

--all of this stuff goes back via 2go courier.

I think you have 30 days to submit all.

In the meantime - hey ! contact yer Petitioner, make a scan of all documents you received back, send them off to your Petitioner via email - the Petitioner must handle all of this stuff, except the courier shipment.

I'm not sure if you are speaking of a k-1 interview issue or an adjustment of status problem? are you posting in the right forum section?

ya, to the best of my knowledge, 2go courier services are not contracted with USCIS in the USA for AOS casefile stuff, at all.
