yeah, i was in Georgia 6+ months, and if I started my process there, the K-3 would have allowed him to come with me and wait here in the US.

Not at all. You cannot file for a K3 visa directly with a Consulate abroad. When you file DCF, it is for a CR1 or IR1 visa and the entire process is concluded abroad.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
Understanding the big picture is priceless. Anonymous

What does that even mean? What "special treatment" do you refer to? And what would it have to do with your CR-1 process?

If you want to talk about "meddlesome congressional 'help,' there's a forum called "Politics and Religion" that it would apply to. I can't wait to see what you mean and how it has adversely affected your spouse's immigration process.

take your bait and fishing pole to another thread.

well good news i expected. she has the translation in hand and our other 3 documents and they are on the way to me, so i can forward to NVC.

still we are happy to have our documents just about done. i guess with holidays and all my other two envelopes have not been worked on yet. so i'll get the end of our

documents sent in.

so i am calling it good news and we are happy to be moving along.

senselessly complicated process what kind of intestinal fortitude and reading comprehension you possess?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

immigration is the specific domain of congress and this is enumerated in the constitution , and just look at the immigration laws.

congress is bought and sold by special interests and that is reflected by the numerous silly laws in our immigration process.

and personal attacks and insults on the internet are tasteless and juvenile. but if that is how you interact with people that is your problem, not mine.

senselessly complicated process

It need not be complicated, at all,

as

there's a SMALL SET of forms to fill out, and

EACH FORM has instructions

and

SOME FORMS need additional stuff, listed in the instructions.

I not see this combination of complicated and senseless that you allude to.

If you took my question as a personal attack; well sorry - it wasn't one. Not even veiled.

It was, however, a straight-up question. Tied into forms and form submittal, actually.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

it seems to me after embassy date it all seems to move faster. except my last submission of our ds230 all of our forms have all been neat and thoroughly checked before we send, so no

rfe or any thing missed.
