my question is khalids visa states it is good until march 2012..we will be marring very soon in the USA.. what do we do after marriage? do we need to send our marriage certificate somewhere so they know we are married?? we have to wait a little longer to collect the AOS application money.. I am worried.. will they send him back even if we are married by march?? very confused.. plzzz help!! thank u..

You don't have to send it anywhere, just when you file for his Aos. You just have to get married within the 90 day time frame. File for his AOS soon as you can manage.

go by the dates on the i-94, for getting married.

fwiw - the k-1 visa was invalidated when he came into usa.

He had until March 2012 to come into the USA - once here, is a new, different calendar.
