NEED HELP ON AP!!!

Hey all,

This is a very last minuted question. MY Husband (AOS applicant) and I (US Cit.) are traveling back to my husband's country of residence today. We have the AP(I-512L) docs and doing some last minute checking noticed that instead of putting the country of birth down as the United Kingdom they put Unknown.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them where they put unknown as the country of birth on the AP when they do in fact know the country of birth.

MOST IMPORTANTLY do you think this will keep him from entering the country once we return from our trip?

If your traveling today, maybe go early and see CBP at Airport, or take your chances or do not go. You have an AP but one thing is incorrect. FYI no an expert in AP, but they did not catch it on your application either.

Perhaps you wrote UK instead of United Kingdom on the application.

UK = Unknown ? ? ?
