On the G-325 for since my wife's father has passed away should she just put deceased in that area?

Also since we are married already what do I check in the box that said (This form is submitted in connection with as application for) Do I check other then put I-130?

One last thing, on the bottom it says *APPLICANT* and in bold letters. Does she put her info, or does that need to be me?

Need help!

What visa are you AOSing from?

The immigrant is the "Applicant" for AOS and the USC is the "sponsor". The immigrant is the "beneficiary" for the I-130 and USC is the "petitioner".

As for father, for city and country of residence put "DECEASED" but complete the rest of the info.

there's a completed sample of this form somewhere on vj... suggest u seek and find. ill give u response, but confirm it by searching the sample.

- complete parents info... i think it ask for name and age.. if there's status, then deceased.. if not, maybe u can write in pencil next to the name

- yes check the box and write that

- an applicant is one who completes form

I have the USCIS and we both need to fill out a G-325A form. Just not sure if on the bottom of her G-325A if I should be putting my name etc. or her's. On mine I guess my info. and we just put None for Alien Reg. #.

I also don't know what to put into the box that ask: This form is submitted in connection with an application for: I guess put Other, then put I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Those are the only two forms in the package.

Duplicate threads have been merged and duplicate post removed. It is not necessary to post the same question more than once. Allow a little time for people to read the post and respond, especially when the site is quiet like it is tonight. :)

You have the "USCIS"? I don't understand what that means.

I would put the name of whoever filled out what form at the bottom. I know for our K1 we did that without issue.

What do you mean the I-130 and G-325A are the only forms in the package. What package? Are you applying for Adjustment of Status (I-485) if so, from what visa. Is the immigrant currently in the US? if you're AOSing within the US then there's more than just the I-130 and G-325A to complete... a couple more in fact.

OK, I will write my info on the bottom of my G-325A, and she will put her name and put none for Alien Reg. # on the bottom of her's.

Also, we will in the submitted in connection with application for we will put other, then write I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.

And Deceased in the City and Country of Residence.

Thank you for your help!

Since the OP is also filing an I-130, his wife is not adjusting from a family based visa entry so I have also moved this thread to the work, student & tourist visa entry forum as a probable more appropriate location for this thread. :)
