Yes, as many as you can financially support.

Thanks for all the replies. One more question. If I file for 3 people how financially stable I can be to support them for this petition. Like say? How much money I can earn to file for them?

Any comments are highly appreciated. Thank you and Merry Xmas.

That depends on how many people are in your household already. Ie are you married, do you have kids, other dependants? The poverty guidelines are here: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=i-864p%20poverty%20guidelines%202011&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CCcQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.uscis.gov%2Ffiles%2Fform%2Fi-864p.pdf&ei=BfD2ToOeEILpgAfHzdiZAg&usg=AFQjCNHZESgk-pa-Q0zbvHfrYYWE1zDthA As of right now, if it is just you and the 3 immigrants, you'd need to make a minimum of $27'937. Keep in mind that you will only file the I-864 (financial affadavit of support) at NVC stage, which is several years down the road.
