Tracking my case online

Yay! I got 3 separate NOAs for my AOS, EAD and AP this evening, with my all-important receipt number.

When I went online to check status, the only application that shows up is for my EAD. It doesn't mention anything about my other applications. How come?

Also, how can I tell if/when I've been touched? I don't see any dates on the page (except the receipt date).

And finally, should I create an account online? Is there any real advantage? I would rather not give out my email address, but it would be worth it if I was emailed every time my case was touched. (Not that I won't be checking obsessively every day anyway!)

And in an unrelated question: Am I correct in thinking that only people who've been through the K visa process get transferred to CSC and approved without interview? What are the chance of it happening for an H-1B like me?

Ooops! Now I see that each of the notices has a different receipt number. Sorry! Please disregard my first question (but feel free to weigh in on the others!)
