finaly after 4mhonts off waiting and pending time we just recive todays a letters request for evidence but they dont

ask mutch moor , was just ours loyer he forget some things in the application and they say we have only 14days to send

theme the anser is ok , but the moor important is The only important ting i see is the recept number bolow the some codg bar and is the receipt number.

and they say the paper that i have, is to sand with the request, bicouse: THIS NOTICE HAVE MY UNIQE NUMBER AND MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THE ORIGINAL WITH THE REQUESTED EVIDENCE

so please can some one here have experience like that and help me and tell me what they mean and what i need to do and what mean unique number and thanks a lot

YASSIR!!! I am so happy they finally found your RFE. I cannot answer your question because I never seen a RFE. But hopefully someone will answer you soon cause you do not have much time. And please...get rid of your lawyer. He is hurting you and not helping you. You now have VJ and people here will help you. If you are smart enough to post here then you are smart enough to finish all this without the fancy lawyer who has slowed you down 4 months and also caused you much heartache and headaches.

From my understanding you need to send the requested evidence along with the paper that they sent asking for it (your original RFE paper) I would make copies of that RFE paper and copies of what you need to send.

I think the RFE has a special number on it that goes with your case and because of that they want the evidence and the RFE paper together when you send it.

But send all originals to them with that paper!

Well, it sounds simple! Have the wife send the certified divorce paper and make a copy of the RFE and send the RFE paper with the divorce paper and hopefully you will get your NOA2 in a couple weeks.!!

I still think your wife needs to request an expedite based on USCIS error and make sure the rest of your journey is quicker.

I received one of those blue forms. They want you to send the original form that was sent to you along with your further evidence. Be sure to make copies of the RFE for your file. Not sure if standard but on the form receieved it stated that no extension will be provided so be sure to send the evidence back as soon as possible, also will help avoid delay in processing. The best to you and your journey.
