I have checked my email and the uscis website twice a day everyday since my noa1. always same thing your case file is not found in the system. I was in bed tonight could not sleep for anything even though I am sooo tired. Got up messed around on the net out of habit checked the websites again and I am APPROVED!!! what a wonderful xmas present!!

Any help and tips on what I do from here would be very helpful.. Thanks

*12-05-2011 --- Medical! _____DONE AND PASSED!!! :)

*12-19-2011 --- Interview!!! :)!! APPROVED!!! WOOOHOOO!!!

*12-29-2011 --- Visa in hand! :D

*12-30-2011 --- POE Newark!! Finally with mi amor!

Wow congratulations to you!

When are you planning to fly back here? Just bring all the copy of the papers you sent on the application for your fiancee to "review". Yeah you know already the Affidavit of Support, W2, ITR etc. The rest are on her end.

Well, Congrats. Your on your way. Hers some suggestions to your post.

Get a Physical copy of the NOA2 ..... Your MNL# will soon arrive. 2 to 3 weeks but the Holidays may screw this up. Contact NVC at 603 334 0700 and they can tell you.

I believe you can take the Medical with just a NOA2 and get that done. Cemonar also.

Make sure your Passport is in Order.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

09-11-2011 St Luke's Med. Appt.- the dreaded 'sputum test' needed ;(

10-03-2011 'Sputum test' on the 3rd, 4th, & 5th

12-05-2011 Told sputum test was negative over the phone!

12-06-2011 Completed Sarah's medical

12-07-2011 Interview- Approved!

12-08-2011 Completed CFO seminar

12-17-2011 2go delivered the visa!

12-19-2011 CFO sticker received!

12-20-2011 Flight from Manila> Tokyo> Los Angeles> to Dallas,TX

12-30-2011 Married!
