Are you and Gary bf/bf? You sure have been talking about him a lot lately, giving him +1s, and thumbs up to his replies over and over.

It's like you can't go 1 day without praising him in some way.

Merry Christmas

Shouldn't you be on a plane about now heading to some 3rd world country with the rest of the Peace Corps?

Kip, you know full well that the standard for continuing collecting entitlement benefits is that you are currently looking for employment. You have posted numerous times that you are planning on sitting on your #######, not attempting to find employment because it is easier. I don't have a reading comprehension problem Corky, but you clearly don't know how to read. I don't expect much from you though, considering your history as retold on alaska state websites....

Your wrong...as usual. As it has been explained to you before on this board, all they ask is if I am ready and available for work. During my first and only phone interview when I file, one of the first questions they ask is if your in a union and if so what local and what my ledger # is. It's been done that way now for decades. Call your nearest union local for a skilled trade...electricians, pipe fitters, iron workers, pile drivers, carpenters, sprinkler fitters, etc.. and ask them...or call your local unemployment office. It's one of the benefits of being in my trade seeing how it's on again off again work and it's work that they need done. They take our unemployment and they have no skilled union workers to build their roads, bridges, buildings, schools, court houses, etc....

Read this a few times over and read it slow so you just might get it this time.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Wrong again Kip. You are confusing legality with common practice. You are required to be able to accept comparable employment. You are not. There is a fraud line on the Alaska labor website, I hope someone turns you in for fraud. You could accept work that is comparable that does not conflict with union rules, but you don't, you prefer to sit on your ####### and collect entitlements than work.

LOL..go for it and they will laugh. Again call your nearest skilled trade union local and/or unemployment office and ask them and listen to what they say.

You have never worked the skilled trades (and I can see why), and it's obvious you don't have a clue as to how it works.

btw they already know that any union member that works a non union job in their related trade means banishment from the union. This is a pro union state and they know what we know. It is what it is.

Here's my view on the illegals. I could care less. I am not picking berries or washing dirty plates. On a country to-do list it ranks at the bottom.

You on the other hand should get some medicinal treatment for the rage you have towards berry pickers.

India, gun buyback and steamroll.

When you get a clue on how much illegals and businesses that employee illegals cost this country every year then get back to me on it. There are labor laws along with immigration laws in this country for good reasons.

Next person that is an identity theft victim due to some illegal using her/his SSN can thank people like you for supporting those criminals.
