When I speak on Nigerian sister, I speak of any one who has gone thru the Nigerian embassy regardless od their race. In our world a sister is a sister regradless of their rae.

yes he stated they wanted all communication off a social network since this is where we met and stated we got too intimate in too short of time therefore he must be a scammer. I think they need to visit the local bars in usa .Idk i suppose they are"proctecting and serving ,all i want to know is what is next step besides calling my congress ..women

When they suspect fraud, yes. When you're ready to start focusing on what to do next, you can start thinking about how you're going to arrange to spend some significant time together in Nigeria living as husband and wife. As a practical matter, that is the only thing likely to eventually overcome the initial denial. Otherwise, you're just spitting in the wind. It might feel necessary or even good for a while, but won't change anything.

i am just looking for next step in this process ,I figure if the interviewer scared my husband to death i doubt he is very dangerous to me or anyone else ,i figure the year and half we been married and the ups and downs we have had ,he is still around and ,i figure if he didnt love me he would left by now because dam this process is a pain the butt lolz

What YOU figure, and a few bucks will get you a beer, not a visa. What a CO figures is what counts. See suggestion in your other thread.

The advice I give is intended to help people with ultimately uniting in the USA with their loved one. It is based on extensive knowledge of the subject matter and how others have successfully overcome the issues you are facing. You are in a very tough situation. The solutions are also tough ones.

actually this has been helpful because i realize they got no new info i had provided them with basically what they asked for from him at the interview, it was in a smaller scale in the original package ..he provided nothing new in the facts

So, yer husband had an interview for a K-3 visa.

What's up with the I-130 at NVC?

Call into NVC on Tuesday, find out.

IF the I-130 is still active, and is still at NVC -

kick start the CR-1/IR-1 visa process into play by requesting the AOS fee bill to be sent to your email, in that phone call to NVC.

Let us know what's up after the phone call on Tuesday. Reminder - NVC closes at 23:59 EST .

Double Reminder - if you still have the IR-1/CR-1 path available, you'll need to give a ton of stuff with the DS-230 , in addition to all of the required documents, you'll need to attach more relationship evidence.
