My wife has an expired passport with her maiden name on it. We need to renew the passport and change the name to her married name. She's filipino and we live in Metro Manila. Where do we go to accomplish this and what is needed? My wife isn't sure and I don't have a clue but we're getting ready to submit an I-130 for her via DCF so we're obviously gonna need this at some point. Thanks for any advice.

They take your picture and fingerprints on the computer now, so only need to send photos when reporting the marriage. Well that is how it was done in here in Honolulu. So the thing is you have to appear in person to get the new brown passport.

Thanks po for the information. :star:

I'm also wondering if we need to provide our own photos for reporting our marriage at an outreach.
