has anybody seriously studied VSC's approval pattern? i mean it really amazes me they started to approve 1/3 of Mar. cases but a few days after they went back to Jan and Feb cases. i'm speechless.........

can you marry someone else after you are divorced and you are still the two years pemanent resident card?

yes you can but you won't be able to apply for N400 based on 3 years of marriage because you are not married to the same US citizen. You will ahve to go with the 5 year rule. Good luck

You can get married to someone else however it depends if you have applied for removal together or separately. If you are in the process of removal I will wait until yor case is approved and in the meantime be separated. I believe some states require to spend certain months apart before divorcing. Also if you divorce and remarried right away before you have your 10 GC, it may raise a red flag for immigration... (Maybe) when applying for your removal.

Hi

I have been following this thread for long and it helped me alot to track the progress of VSC . Today my case got approved and i want to thank! all for the help. This is my timeline.

I opened a Level 2 service request on Dec 5 2012 and got approved on Dec 11 2012.

01/16/2011 :- Packet sent

01/17/2011 :- Packet received

01/20/2011 :- Check Cashed

01/21/2012:- NOA1 received

02/09/2012 :- Biomatrics

12/11/2012:- Approved.
