I-751 January 2012 Filers

I was wondering..I was surprised the uscis wants some RFE from me, I see I am not the only one.

so to the ones who got RFE, waht kind of papers they asked you, and what do you think was not enough for them?

it seems as for me, they want every single bank statements and bills. I Sent some, but not for every months. like 3 months.

did you, people, need to send every single statement, month bill?

Is anyone else in Jan still waiting? Getting concerned over the lack of response and they are motoring through the February filers. The date on their website is Jan 16th as of Sept 30th. They won't look into my case because my date is Jan 24th. Any ideas?

I sent every single bill and bank statement from our last interview up until the date we sent our I-751 and got approved, not sure if that helped. I added 3 notarized affidavit

Is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter 01/24 or 02/03? That date = Filing date for VSC. So, if it's 02/03, you are technically February filer

Still waiting. I'm jan 9th Vermont service center. You can call if you are past the projected timeline and they will submit a status request.
