hurray hurray :dance: i was at work and i got notice from USCIS for both text message and email.this is how its say when i checked my email...On July 12, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. :star: finally got the approval.i didn't know the actual date for the approval but knows the order of production date to be July 12 2012.am so happy and wish the rest,the best of luck and meet again on naturalization in January

Got my card today, 7/13/12! However, the expiration date on the card says 7/9/22, and not the decision date, which was 7/7. Has anyone else had this?

Received RFE today, dated July 9th. Basically they're asking for Evidence of Communal Residence. The problem is, all of our bills are in my husband's name except for the Internet which we only recently switched to a few months ago (we had a mobile broadband plan with our cellphone bill). Our mortgage is only in my husband's name too - I did have to sign the warranty deed when we sold our previous house (which I wasn't on either because he bought it before I came to the U.S.) so we have that plus the internet bill. I wonder if I could ask the utility companies to issue some sort of statement that says I'm authorized on the accounts too (which I am as I am the one who actually calls and deals with them all the time)? We honestly don't know what else to send. I would really appreciate any suggestions... I'm very sad...

The problem is, all of our bills are in my husband's name except for the Internet which we only recently switched to a few months ago (we had a mobile broadband plan with our cellphone bill). Our mortgage is only in my husband's name too - I did have to sign the warranty deed when we sold our previous house (which I wasn't on either because he bought it before I came to the U.S.) so we have that plus the internet bill. I wonder if I could ask the utility companies to issue some sort of statement that says I'm authorized on the accounts too (which I am as I am the one who actually calls and deals with them all the time)? We honestly don't know what else to send. I would really appreciate any suggestions... I'm very sad...

Our bills are also in my husband's name only so we didn't send any but we had lease agreements for two different addresses with both our names.

Here are other documents that we sent with our I-751 form:

- copy of a federal tax refund check with both our names and a common address (I've made a habit of scanning checks with our names and address)

- copy of an acknowledgment letter from IRS showing both our names and a common address (for the amended tax return)

- copy of a health insurance claim with both our names and a common address highlighted

- only one signed affidavit from our apartment manager

Maybe you can also send copies of the tax transcripts that you've ordered from IRS, wedding invitations addressed to you both, if any, auto registration, invoices for items you bought online that were delivered to your address, insurance policies, etc. I hope they'll resume the processing very soon and that you'll receive your approval, too.

Received RFE today, dated July 9th. Basically they're asking for Evidence of Communal Residence. My husband and I don't have our names on a joint lease nor do we have a mortgage at the time being, and I actually forgot to submit copies of our drivers licenses (showing the same address).

Some of the documents that I did submit were:

Tax returns for 2009 and 2010 along with an appointment letter from our tax advisor for the filing of our 2011 taxes (mailed to the same address and with both our names on it); I submitted a copy of our AAA renewal form with our names and address, our car insurances again with our names and same address, bank statements and 2 utility bills (phone and electricity). I also included copies of envelopes sent to us by relatives and friends for wedding invitations, Christmas, Anniversary and "thank you" notes.

"The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on July 13, 2012. You should receive your new card within 7 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Thank you so much for your suggestions! My husband was so frustrated, he said, "Why couldn't it have been the green card that came in the mail?!" - he doesn't understand why they can't tell from everything we've already sent that we do live together. He wants to get our RFE response packet sent on Wednesday, LOL. We're doing our best to gather all of the other evidence we may have missed. I'm so glad we saved the envelopes of a lot of the stuff that was sent to us!!! So far, we have:

• 2009, 2010 and 2011 IRS Tax Return AND Account Transcripts (Thankfully, we requested the 2011 transcripts a few weeks ago!)
• Copy of Report of Marriage Contracted Abroad verified by the Philippine Consulate General and registered in the Civil Registry
• Hubby's driver's license and my State ID with our new address (also including my old learner's permit with our old address - I'm hoping to find a copy of my hubby's old driver's license with our old address too)
• SSN card mailers (1 for my first card in my maiden name and 1 for my second card in my married name - both with our old address where I got my SSN)
• Internet Bill in my name and all other utility bills in my husband's name plus a form for a change in our gas service that shows my husband as the account holder but with my signature at the bottom showing I'm an authorized agent (I had to sign it because they came to the house while my husband was at work so I'm hoping I can call them and have them verify that it was signed at the house and they personally met me)
• Health Insurance cards indicating change of Primary Care Manager when we moved
• copies of our Prescription refills showing we fill them at the same pharmacy and that we have the same doctor and dentist
• an ER bill/statement for my husband showing me as next of kin and with our address
• pet licenses for our 2 dogs in both of our names
• veterinary bills and receipts with both of our names on them
• our magazine and catalog Subscriptions
• certificates of appreciation from the Army addressed to me and cards from the FRG addressed to both of us
• copies of invoices, packing slips, receipts from our online purchases
• cards, letters and invitations addressed to both of us plus official change of address confirmation from USPS (because some of the mail still have the yellow sticker indicating it was to be forwarded to our new address)
• junk mail addressed to me

We're also working on getting letters from the utility companies saying I'm on all of our accounts - if that's not possible, I may just print out our online account information that says I'm authorized user on the accounts. We're also re-sending stuff we've already sent - bank statements for 3 years (we'll probably send one from every quarter spanning the 3 years we've been married - we also have copies of our signature cards showing the date the accounts were opened AND updated to the new address), medical statements...

I wish I could ask our USPS, FedEx and UPS carriers to give statements that they know me personally! I have packages delivered at least once a week! LOL. We're also thinking of asking our neighbors to sign statements that they know us personally - one couple actually sees and talks to us almost everyday when we go out to our backyard (we talk over our fence, LOL). I'm probably going to ask my Driver's Ed instructors for statements that they know us personally and they've picked me up and dropped me off at our house for my driving classes.

Is there anything else we may have missed?
