I think they just recently changed the requirements for the AR-11. I distinctly remember it saying that if you file the AR-11 online for the Non-U.S. Citizen, you were no longer required to file the AR-11 paper form - this was back when I filed my AR-11 online at the end of March 2011. In fact, the "Change of Address Information" page on the USCIS website still says "If you use our Online Change of Address, you do NOT need to file a paper Form AR-11." http://www.uscis.gov/addresschange * When I read the updated Change of Address instructions at https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa&localeLang=en though, we decided to mail a new AR-11 paper form just in case (we included a copy of my Electronic Submission and a copy of my husband's I-797C for the I-865 to prove that we did report our change of address within 10 days of our move).

Donald-n-Analyn and Saska+Tim, I think both of your evidence looks good! :) You can also include copies of your Driver's License or State ID showing the same address if you have it :) From what everyone is saying, the joint tax returns carry the most weight :)

We just included copies of our tax returns too. We didn't request tax transcripts either.

I remember Jim included just copies of his tax returns for our I-129F petition and it was approved with no problems :)

Is sending the first page f a tax return enough?! Other pages have just numbers and no name on it.I was hoping first page would be enough,same as with the bank statements,but no I am not sure.Thank you!

I wss told that you need to include all supporting forms and schedules as well. I think there are some posts on here about that. We just sent the transcripts to avoid any hassle or accidental forgetting of forms. Less work to make the copies as well.

NOA1 arrived today. It says conditional status automatically extended 1 year. No indication if it is one year from now or from the gc date. Also wanted to say about tax returns I think copies are fine as long as you included all schedules and forms.

I forgot to ask! What's the date on your NOA1? (so I can update our list ;))

Hey guys.. we finally sent out our packet this morning through USPS express mail (w/ signature). It will get there tomorrow afternoon at 3:00PM, guaranteed. My 2 year green card will expire this friday January 13, 2012. I know it's really late but I hope I just made it on time. I have faith from the man up above! Let's go January 2012 filers!

Don't worry! I think you should be just in time ;) It looks like the receipt date is almost always on the date they receive the packet (the day it gets delivered) ;)

We mailed ours via USPS Express Mail with signature required too which I thought was going to delay delivery by one day but our packet was delivered the very next morning at 10:40 AM ^___^ And ours came all the way from Michigan to California!
