Hi everyone! I'm sorry I wasn't online for a few days - Jim has a 4-day weekend and we've been catching up on our TV shows :D

I'm so happy to see so many updates! ^_^ I hope we get our biometrics notice soon too :D

Hi Everyone! I am new to visa journey. I just send my form I-751 with all the evidence me and my husband have. I sent the package on January 10, overnight via usps and they received it on the 11th, as of today I have yet to see our check clear, but will keep everyone posted of the process.

Here is the evidence I sent:

Cover letter signed by my husband (us citizen)

Form I-751 with check for 590

2 passport photos

2010 taxes plus IRS transcript

( transcripts were faxed to me in less than 5 min by calling IRS(

Bank statements ( 2 different banks)

Internet bills, electric bills, rental insurance

Auto insurance policy cards

Copies of joint credit cards ( I without all the number except the last 4)

Boarding passes from trips we took abroad and within the states

3 affidavits ( 2 were from close friends 1 was from our neighbor)

Vet certificate

Bank letters sent to us

Photos

Police criminal records from our local police station showing neither of us were arrested or have any criminal records.

Thanks all! This will be enough for them!

Oh forgot to mention I sent the copy of GC front ad back too!

Sounds like a fun weekend.

That's a good way to save money! ^_^

There's not much to do up here in Northern Michigan so Jim and I just LOVE to watch movies and TV shows at home - stuff like Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire is one of my favorite book series), 24, Lost, The X-Files (never thought I'd get into it but it's actually very interesting), right now we like The Big Bang Theory... ^_^ Plus our local movie theater is horrible - small and old and there are always so many high school kids who can't just sit and watch - they talk the whole time while you're trying to watch - so when he absolutely have to watch a movie when it comes out in the theater, we drive down to a bigger city, otherwise we just wait to rent or buy. Why pay $7 or $8 per person when we can watch in the comfort of our own home? ;) Plus, we don't even have any good restaurants to eat out :( It'll be great to move to a big(ger) city again. :)

Hi all! It's been two years?!?! Unreal. Back on VJ I guess :lol:

Anyways, I'm sending in my I-751 package later today. Super excited to get the ROC process going and move on to N400 in a year!

I was also able to check my application number on the USCIS website. It says "Initial Review" - last updated date was 01/05/2012 (my NOA1 date).
