I-751 January 2012 Filers

I just got the USPS return receipt in the mail. It was stamped 01-10-12. So I guess my NOA1 date should be that I cant wait to see that NOA1 I probably will be at the post office everyday (PO box) since it's only around the corner from where I live

Hey January filers!

I see some familiar people that were with me in the January 2010 filing for AOS! Here's to a speedy approval. One last thing to do before going for citizenship!

Same thing we did...no affidavits as we feel we have enough evidence. And if they ever request for it...we will send them. Received NOA1 and was dated Jan 6th.

We finally send papers today - should be delivered on Tuesday, 1/17/2012.

Didn't add any affidavits, we think we have enough evidences and we will send them if we get RFE.

Now the waiting game is starting, once again

Same thing we did...no affidavits as we feel we have enough evidence. And if they ever request for it...we will send them. Received NOA1 and was dated Jan 6th.

I didn't bother much with affidavits either. I was determined not to send any. Yet, on the day before we sent our I-751, I reread the instructions and a line says, "The documents should cover, but not limited to, the following... affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people..." Should.

So I hastily requested our apartment manager-neighbor to write one and added it to the rest of the papers. I still hope that the USCIS won't mind one or none.

Just received the tax transcripts from IRS for 2009 and 2010 in the mail today. I still hope that I won't have to use those for I-751, still intending that RFE won't ever be in the picture throughout the process.

Anyway, I appreciate the IRS for quickly sending the transcripts. I ordered on Monday morning, January 9, and they're here now.

We are sending our paperwork this coming week, we are still gathering all our documents!!!

Putting together our packet today! This one seems to easy compared to the K1 and AOS packets.....I can keep living my life, I get to be with my husband, no hanging on every action of USCIS during this time, and I have so much evidence it's crazy! Whoo hooo!

Also, I can't believe it's been nearly two years! Our second wedding anniversary is in five weeks. Time flies when you are having fun!

Wow this is all going really fast. I already have my Biometrics appointment letter dated 1/12/2012, and the appointment date is 02/01/2012. Btw we did not send any affidavits either, I think we have enough evidence to not need them. I hope it doesn't turn out to be a problem, but honestly I am not worried about it.
