Got the text message last night - On December 17, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. WHEW!!!

YAY!

I know - so relieved it's over for a while! I believe they judge these by the pound. When I sent in the initial paperwork, I didn't send in too much but what I thought was enough. After the RFE - I sent in SIX POUNDS of paper!

You may be on to something... Terry was probably about 10 pounds when we filed, more like 20 when we got approved!

Hi I just submit package 2 days ago...I'm worry now...because when I read you guys got RFE, many people need to send bank statement joint and bills..

But for me..since I arrive here, I don't get a job and my husband moved from other states..and have hard time to find job.He only get part time job. We try to reduce expenses.. Sure, we don't have much money after got a house. Then we have just one joint bank account long time ago..but just very lil money. And bills..he never put my name cause he don't want me to bare any expenses. Also, we don't have joint car insurance cause normally I don't go out alone..he always drive me out. And we try to save car insurance money then he didn't put my name ..and until I get a job.. so..it seems my evidence is very less.. So,I'm worry so much We are husband and wife , love each other but afraid to get RFE prove that we don't have Any advice if I get request later?

NOTE: ATTORNEY - I did not hire one on the temporary GC neither on the 10 yrs

DIVORCE - my husband filed for divorce a few months after we filed to remove the condition, we have not reached an agreement on property division, so I dont have a divorce degree

I guess I know it means an early biometrics appointment but under what circumstances can one get an 'Early Bio"? Do you receive 2 separate letters for it? Do you request it? How does it work? Many thanks in advance.

some offices allows early bio, what does that mean ? for example you recieved your apointment for march 20, you can go any time before that and they will let you in. so it depends about the office, some they are very strict and some they are cool with it. I hope I asnwerd your question !

I am so ecstatic! I had my interview this morning, and I have been approuved! At least this is what the officer told me!
