I sent out my N-400 package today, last step of a long journey like for so many of you. Just waiting for someone to start the "N-400 January 2013" thread.

Yeah! We are getting our paperwork together and almost ready to send the package for naturalization. Hopefully it will go out this week. I was dragging a little bit on this one because it feels like we just went through ROC,and I wanted a little break from immigration, but the sooner we get it sent the better!

Hi guys,I applied to remove my conditions on 01/03/12 with my application I submitted a few statements from my joint bank account with my hubby,copy of our credit cards,insurance cards for which my hubby is my beneficiary,a letter from my mother in law stating we currently reside with her,copy of tax filing for 2010 and 2011 as well as notarized letters from two of our friends.I received received an rfe dated 10/02/12 which asked for additional evidence showing that that my husband and I entered our marriage in good faith.We then mailed our response on 12/01/12 submitted joint bank statements from 2010 to 2012,joint pass book savings,proof of joint tax filing for the Years 2009,2010 and 2011,copy of our BJ's membership,credit card statements as well as a letter from my credit card company stating my hubby is the authorized user on the account , a few photos spanning the entire duration of our relationship.We've been together for eight years and married for soon to be five Years.Got home today and received the approval letter

It's less then week it'll be a year since we filed the I-751 :clock:

I'm happy to share that we FINALLY received a date for our interview on February 5th! I can't wait to get just this over with. I really don't understand why we had to wait so long. We are both middle eastern, share the same religion, and have a child together. I thought we'd be done and have the card in hand in 5-7 months. Silly me, forgetting it's immigration we are dealing with. Sigh...

We will be overloading on "proof" to provide for them, plus I'm bringing our very busy two year old (which I hope makes them want us out of there as soon as possible :P ).

We decided to wait to file the N-400, until we finish the I-751. Praying the interview will be smooth sailing.

i recently went to my second interview its the worth to be waiting in the lobby but once we got our name call it took 10 min to get approve and all the question that they asked are in the form i-751

also i ask the i/o why we had another interview she reply well sometime its because of fraud but in your case its randomly selected for quality purpose
