What web page does everybody use to check the status and what format do u use to enter receipt #?

Enter the case number as shown on the biometrics letter beginning with EAC or WAC. Unfortunately some cases are not showing up online. Good luck!

My husband forwarded me a text message from USCIS stating that my case status has been updated. I checked my email and it says...

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On June 21, 2012, we ordered production of your new card.

I logged in to my USCIS account and the same update is reflected there.
