Hello everybody.

I hope you are all prepared for Christmas or other holidays. Right now Loan is waiting to enter the big building in Saigon. She is very nervous about her interview. I think she may have slept four hours. I will try to get the questions from her. When she is finished. I just hope she gets to talk with me before my bedtime and I will give you guys and girls an update.

I am curious if anybody else in the VJ community has is having their interview in HCMC today.

I have the best news. Loan passed her interview. She was one of the first in line and her interview lasted less than five minutes. She was very nervous and did not sleep at all last night. When she went in for interview she saw and older man (CO) and he was a happy man.

The CO complemented that we were a cute couple and admired her modest engagement ring.

He asked her a handful of questions and she received pink. Here are the questions.

How did yoou know your fiance?

When did he send you the first email and what did he say in that email?

Where did you go when he come here to visit you? any evidence?

When was your engagement ceremony?

Did his parents come to Vietnam to join your engagement party?

Has your fiance married before?

Whats your fiance’s job?

When will you make wedding and where?

What is your plan after you enter US?

When was he get divorced?

Does he have children ?

do you know thier name ?

who are they living ?

Do you know about the K1 visa and marriage requirements?

I am just as lucky as luckytxn. I will have to type a review and update the timeline now. I hope you all have the best of luck with your interviews and even more luck with the new year.

Congrats!!

I don't mean to pry, but could you provide the general answers she gave to those questions? No need for details, just generally what she said in response. The answers to some of those questions could have a significant impact on whether someone is immediately approved or gets a blue slip. For example, if your parents did go to Vietnam for your engagement ceremony then I would think this would be a major plus.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Thank you everyone. I will ask what answers she gave. I do know that she had them all right and that none of my family went over there.

Thanks, we'll be going through the interview process in late spring. Any provided answers would be of great assistance.

By the way ...CONGRATS !!!!

Many congrats and God bless you both. Also thank you for providing the interview review. Most do not do so and this really helps many that are going through in the future.

I am glad y'all were as lucky as I was. It can be done.

I'm curious, in your review, you said you didn't have an engagement party...so is that what your fiance told them?? If so, why were there 2 questions regarding it since the first answer was a no??
