Ok i really need some advise on filing my first i-212 because i'm new to this and i really want it to work out for the best from the first try because i'm very miserable!

My story is i moved to the virgin islands with my mom and sister when i was 8 years old. i was born in london, england. when we moved to the virgin islands my mom hired an attorney to see what we can have done to gain some type of status. the attorney ended up filing an asylum case for us which would not work in our case because british citizens are not eligible for asylum. anyways the case went soar after a few years and was denied and we was giving the opportunity for voluntary departure but my mom appealed the decision and that was later on denied. so i think we were ordered removed by the judge but the ice officer gave us and opportunity to stay until i graduate high school and leave a month or so after i graduate.

Now i am 19 years old and miserable in dominica because this is where my mother wanted to move and i have no family in england that i can stay with so i cant go back due to the fact that i wont know where to even start.

I am engaged, has a job i can go back too, but has no u.s. citizen family ties. only my fiancee is a u.s. citizen and cousins and aunts that are u.s. citizens. I've been in the virgin islands for 11 years legally, went to school there all my life and never committed any crimes or been arrested or anything. I'm now filing out my i-212 and i am getting as much evidence as i can to support it. Anything that you think might affect my chances or any ideas that can help me from being a first timer???
