My case is very different so i will post about it later.how long did your process take? I have been married since may, was in the US for 6.5 years under j-1 and F-1 visas, with hubby since 08, living together since 09, daughter born 07/2011 due to pregnancy complications and her health have not applied to aos since my mom was really sick and i wanted a second opinion to my drs condition we left to brazil beginning of this month. She is doing terribly here, they dint have her meds or formula. The treatment change is really bothering her system. I was anaware pf how long this process could take. We are applying for expedite due to her sickness. What a huge mistake i made but i could not leavemy mom here sick.

01-17-2012 I-130 delivered to Phoenix uscis office

01-20-2012 NOA1

01-23-2012 Touched

01-27-2012 Request for expedite by phone (USC baby ILl)

02-02-2012 Expedite documents emailed

02-03-2012 i-130 Approved

NVC (6 days)

02-10-2012 NVC Received

02-14-2012 NVC case number assigned

02-14-2012 Expedite request resent

02-16-2012 Expedite Approved

03-13-2012 Medical

03-22-2012 interview
