I'm just about to send off the AOS packet, and am looking at my DS-3025.

It's marked as incomplete, as my last Td vaccination was in July 2002 (the panel physician wrote something like "nearly 10 years" in the "insufficient time interval" column).

Do I need to have my next Td vaccination before I send off the AOS packet, and have a civil surgeon update this onto an I-693? Or am I ok just sending off the DS-3025, seeing as it's not yet July 2012?

Thanks for your help.

If it's incomplete, you need to get it completed by a Civil Surgeon. If you already had a medical exam overseas you likely won't need one here even if they insist on you getting one. We had a K-1 visa so we had the exam overseas and didn't need one here.

I sent my DS 3025 off with my AOS and mine was incomplete also but it also said that i am eligible for blanket waiver. If yours doesn't say eligible for blanket waiver you will probably have to get the shot before your AOS can be approved.

Finally time for AOS.......

12/07/11 Sent AOS package

12/09/11 AOS package delivered

12/14/11 Received NOA for I-485 and I-765 (we're not applying for AP)

12/22/11 Received letter for Biometrics

01/04/12 Biometrics in Phoenix

01/31/12 Received email update from USCIS saying that we've been scheduled for an interview

02/03/12 Got an email saying card production had been ordered for my EAD...now just to wait for the card...

02/09/12 Received email saying EAD card has been sent

02/13/12 Received EAD card :D :D :D :D

03/06/12 Interview in Phoenix :).....Approved :D

03/14/12 Received Green card in mail.....

....no more USCIS until December 2013

"May be eligible for blanket waiver" is checked.

Thanks - will send it off

That's not what determines whether it's going to be okay. Are you missing any shots? If you are you should see a CS. if your shots are complete then you'll be fine. If yuo're not sure just send it but look into CS's that are reasonable in case you get RFE'd.

Well, presumably it's (technically) complete until July this year - so I think I'm ok.

Yes that's what I think too. I would send as is and see what happens. Worst case scenario you have to see a CS.
