Understanding that the data on Igor’s list is just a sample of what is out there, the last update was Dec 16th. A couple of Aug 9th received the good news that day… I’m another Aug niner…

Well… two to three weeks of waiting I guess… any bets about the first NOA2 of 2012 from Vermont?

I sure wish they continue the Aug niner thing they left last week…

Merry Christmas you all of you and the very best in 2012…

The problem is you are paying attention to an unreliable source. Don't.

They are not on vacation, per se, however a lot of people working there are starting vacations tomorrow. (3 of our personal friends work there, 2 are adjudicators) The place will be open but not many warm bodies there. They get vacations just like you do.

And they deserve their time off. No problem with that at all. My note was intended as a light message about what I perceive with the limited/wrong/whatever data I can rely upon.

Best wishes to you and your friends at the Vermont office…

No, Jose Garcia... I think they are still working (although it could simply be their computers are still working, .. ).

I received a text message & email late this afternoon, Dec 22, saying they received my response to their RFE of Dec 5, on the 19th of Dec.

Which (might) mean that the RFE set us back exactly 2 weeks.

And, since I received the NOA1 on July 27,... prior to your Aug 9,... 13 days difference.... then I'm betting ... yep! maybe you will be the first NOA2 of the New Year, and then I'll (we'll) be right there after, the next day.

Fun to watch!

J Y Mariana, it'll come soon enough... have fun down there and be careful... and eat many hallacas… ohh, how much I miss them…

I want the waiting to be over but don’t have the situation you have… my honey has been with me for a while on a tourist visa… still a couple of months on the time she’s allowed to stay before having to go back… definitely hoping to get the NOA2 before a forced return…

GringoD, you can go first buddy… first of 2012…

Best wishes…
