I THINK BUT I AM NOT TO SURE ABOUT THIS THAT PROBABLY TEXAS STARTED PROCESSING AGAIN SO IT TOOK A BIG LOAD OFF CSC THATS WHY CSC MOVED THEY DATES UP SO QUICKLY I DONT KNOW EVER SENCE I CHECKED THE TEXAS PROSSECING TIMES THERE WAS NO TIMELINE FOR I 129 F AND NOT THERE IS WHAT COULD THIS POSSIBLE MEAN THAT WHO EVER WAS PROCESSING IN TEXAS CAME BACK FROM THEIR LEAVE OF ABSENCE OR IS CALIFORNIA TRANSFERING OUR FILES BACK TO TEXAS WHO KNOW WE CAN ONLY PRAY FOR THE BEST RIGHT ????? :luv:

January 3 2006----I-129F NOA1 (Receipt)

January 19 2006 ----Touched due to E-Mail

March 22 2006 ------ E-Mail Approval

March 27 2006 ------Approval received in snail mail

March 28 2006 ------NVC received case

March 31 2006 -----NVC finished processing care

April 3 2006 ------NVC send case to embassy

April 21 2006 Medical Exam

April 25 2006 Interview Date for Fiancee Viza @ 11 AM in Zagreb CROATIA

April 25 2006 VISA APPROVED HAd to go to pick up VISA @ 3 pm .

May 12 2006 Coming to th USA .

Yeah, this was mentioned in another thread. Hard to believe the CSC processing date jumped ahead by nearly two months in just a matter of days.

Hopefully, like you said, TSC is processing the I-129f's once again.

If in fact CSC is now processing cases dated Dec 31st, I should have NOA2 very soon.

Let's hope for the best.

It wasn't that long ago that despite all TSC cases being sent to CSC, Texas still had processing dates up for K1's. However, they were simply the same dates as CSC. Many February K1's have been transfered to CSC, so if TSC is in fact processing K1's it wouldn't make much sense to have a date of Dec 31 if they have been actively forwarding all petitions to CSC as of late February? They wouldn't even have any petitions around. This issue has been addressed on a lot of other threads.

I guess it doesn't really matter if TSC is processing again or not huh? We are all still going to get approved, when they get around to approving us.....which stinks, but I guess it is something we have to try and deal with on a day to day basis, which is quite hard I must say :(

1/23/06 NOA1 from CSC

1/27/06 - Check cleared

7/10/06 - NOA2

7/14/06- rec'd @ NVC

8/14/06- NVC sent petition to Consulate

8/17/06 - Korean Consulate rec'd Petition

8/23/06 - rec'd packet 3 from Consulate

8/25/06 - sent packet 3 back to Consulate

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

8/27/06 - requested interview date via Consulate internet site.

9/1/06 - Checked internet site for interveiw date, it was there

9/25/06 - Interview date - APPROVED

9/28/06 - Visa in Zaeems Hand - YEAHHHHH

1/6/07 - leaving for USA

1/20/07 - Wedding Date

1/20/07 - MARRIED!!!!!

2/10/07 - rec'd certified copy of marriage license

I don't think so. Last I heard was someone sent theirs in sometime in the teens of February (sent in 13th maybe?) and they received NOA1 from Cali.

I just sent my I-129F to the TSC yesterday so I will let the board know if I receive my NOA1 from TSC or CSC.

we received our NOA1, but they ve sent the petition to CA. TX received the documents on the 13.feb, then they fowarded them to CA and there they got it on the 16. feb. as TX has the same processing dates like CA, i am sure they send all petitions still to CA. but at least they are on 31. dec now....

K1 TIMELINE

2/10/2006 I-129f sent to TSC

2/13/2006 they received it

2/16/2006 guess it was fowarded to CA, so they got it that date

2/21/2006 check finally cashed

2/23/2006 NOA1 received

5/01/2006 NOA2

5/30/2006 e mail from CSC: petition was requested for review!! ????

5/31/2006 another e mail reply: petition was approved but has not been fowarded yet

6/15/2006 finally!!!! Petition received by NVC!

6/16/2006 left NVC

6/22/2006 US Embassy in Bern, Swiss rec'd petition

7/13/2006 got interview date!!
