Paisaman's I-130 CSC Statistics

Another week has passed and there are still plenty of July filers who are still waiting. The latest approvals as reported by VJ members are for petitions with an NOA1 date around 7/20/2011. At this rate they are just maintaining their current processing time of about 6.5 months. CSC will really need to pick up the pace if they are going to get back to a 5 month processing time.

At this rate they are just maintaining their current processing time of about 6.5 months. CSC will really need to pick up the pace if they are going to get back to a 5 month processing time.

Well, according to recent research many applications dated July 25 were approved like crazy on Friday. The 5 in front of me were not approved yet but the ones in front of those were and the application number directly after mine was approved and those onward. This was a range of WAC1190577800-WAC1190577999.

I am really looking forward to seeing the numbers from Paisaman. Actually no, I take that back. I am not looking forward to them at all. I know they will be dissapointing.

At this rate my case (NOA1 Sept 28) will be processed somewhere in Mid-May! Is there anything we can do to get our cases transferred to another SC? Maybe if we all call on the same day they will listen!

Mid may is the worst possible scenario...after looking at the timeline. Mine is exactly the same. Last year showed a marked improvement of petitions being approved between feb and april. I would like march...I would be happy with hearing something by march.

Realistically...... the processing speed may also get slowed down little bit during November and December months due to Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I am pretty sure CSC employees go on vacation as well So number of applications processed in those two months should go up after holidays. My NOA1 date is 12/20 and I am hoping that I will get NOA2 by sometime in June month. I saw that last year who filed I-130 in February had received their NOA2 in less than 5 months. So I hope trend remains the same this year as well........ohhhh well I think I sound too optimistic compare to all folks out here who have lost their hope for CSC on being too quick

I am just as optimistic as you are about this process. CSC right now according to some who have called learned that CSC had been stuck on cases from July 12, 2011, but one way or another CSC have to look past that date and when that happens we are all in the line to get knocked off. I believe it's sooner than later. And yeah you're absolutely right that last year CSC picked up the pace around February and march to approve cases within 5 months time.

Based on these numbers I think they will finish the bulk of June by the end of next week.

I hope you mean bulk of July. This is excellent news. I hope August starts very soon so that we can get just alittle bit closer. The faster processing times is very encouraging!
