Hello we were a July 12 filer I 130 my husband is a USC . We have not heard anything and I notice the numbers before ours 884 approved then 888 but nothing inbetween. Any thoughts as to why this is so!

I don't have any thoughts as to why this is, but have you called USCIS? Have you contacted your congressman? I would start calling every day, if I were you. Hopefully you will hear some good news soon! God bless!

11/01/2012: Visa in hand.

If you're a July filer your husband needs to call USCIS asap. Put in a service request. Also, your husband should be contacting his congressman!

If you have a name that matches a wanted person/red flag person it could take extra time, otherwise, I don't really see any reason why July petitions would still be in "initial review."

07/24/12 - DS-3032 accepted, IV bill invoiced & PAID

I bet some people don't update their timelines...I did because I know how important that list was when I was waiting, so I updated mine right away, but maybe some people don't really even look at that list and know how it helps others who are waiting...Anyways, it seems like they are finishing up October

I was thinking the same thing.. Fearing the same thing.

Or it could also be VJ members not updating their timelines.

I think few people on VJ are being lazy and not updating their status immediately after getting approvals. CSC is working on the same speed for last 1 to 2 months. I hope we will see our NOA2 soon.

Paisaman, can you pull out new stats for October, November months?

CSC received roughly 18,500 I-130 imm petitions in November, and 16,900 in December.. If they can just get done with October already and put some pace through November, I might realize my dream of having my NOA2 by the end of May haha. Beginning to look like late June is a lot more likely though :(

I suppose they had Easter off.

Hi October filers!


I NEED YOUR HELP GUYS. PLEASE...


NOA1: October 5, 2011 (I think this is also my Priority date)


NOA2: June 20, 2013



It took 624 days from noa 1 before we received and approved the NOA2(Notice of Approval)



This is my case, and im hoping for replies.. It will atleast give me some light..



My mom who is a green card holder filed an I 130 for me before I turned 21, and was approved last JUNE 20, 2013.(my age on the approval date was 22 years and 7 months). When my mom filed the petition I was under F2A (Thats what I knw) and when the petition was Approved Im already 22 years old and 7 months.Will my category from F2A be automatically moved to F2B? OR Can CSPA or CHILD STATUS PROTECTION ACT PROTECT MY CASE? and I also used the CSPA CALCULATOR and the result was Im still protected and eligible by CSPA and I want to verify this, if it is true,..and Im hoping for it..



Please Guys I really need your help. I also check the VISA BULLETIN and my PD will be current next month JULY 2013. so what should I do now?



PLEASEEEEEEEE HELLLLLLLLLPPPP......
