No updates. But clock ticking on my service request. Arg.

I know it's coming but hitting mine last is just bad form.

I'm very excited to see stats for October!

On Igor's it looks like there's an even spread of October and Septembers being approved already..! At this pace, CSC would be at January and February by late May!

Paisaman, any news? I really hope you get yours soon!

Wowww you seem to be very optimistic :) I like that and I hope your statements comes out to be true :) because I am a december filer and would be great to see my NOA2 in May for sure :)

But realistically speaking, you are expecting CSC to complete all September, October, November and December files in 2 months (April and May) and I really doubt that could happen, but oh well I will accept that argument since it benefits all of us :)

Haha, I realize I'm an optimist :)

But realistically, if you look at the USCIS dashboard on their website, you'll see that following a huge backlog (like this fall), comes a sudden rush of fast approvals.

While it seems unlikely that they'll have all January and February petitions done by late May, I'd be surprised if they haven't at least started on them. If you're a December filer, I'd be surprised if you don't have your NOA2 by May. :)

Put it this way - They pretty much cleared August and over half of September filers in March. They also started on October filers in March. I'm guessing they'll have a majority of October petitions done by mid April, and start November by then, and probably start December late April. By mid May, they should be starting on January petitions. That's of course if they keep up the current pace.

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke. In addition, we have updated your address in our system to reflect the address provided.

ARG.. Well no kidding if I wait another 45 days I should hear something but that doesn't mean its not outside of processing times NOW..

Anyone had any luck with followups? I really expected to hear something back after the service request.
