USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

11/20/2014 - 10 yr GC in hand! :D

Decision: 5,846 (2,065 this week)

Request for Evidence: 1,267 (747 this week)

Acceptance Errors: 3,116

Testing: 83

Other: 647

Processing done for August breakdown by day (includes Decision and RFE). Monday was a holiday but they basically made up for it Tuesday.

February 24: 538

February 20: 3 (HOLIDAY. Hmm someone came in?)

Total for week: 2,969

February 17: 707 (!Nice!)

The bulk of the processing is August 8-16 as the stats show, but random approvals throughout the month.

Thank you for this amazing work, but most especially this last line. My husband was getting really discouraged until I read it to him and he realized we could potentially hear something this week (or early next, statistically speaking). :content:

thanks Paisaman!!! a lot are getting impatient with csc, this atleast gives us an idea that somehow csc is doing their job now..hoping for uscis to replace aug2 with 5mos on their timeline..xfingers!!

It's great that they're making this kind of progress, but do you think that the number of petitions processed will go up next week? I can't help but think that with around 2,000 decisions this week, it will take them a while to complete the rest of August, assuming that this number stays around the same.

Realize that better than 2/3 of the petitions are still classified as I-130 but are for brothers sisters parents cousins, or children over 21. These take longer to process.

I base the dates on where the majority of approvals are, and in this case (this week) it was August 8-16. Hoping next week to get through August 22.

So IR-1 i130s should be approved faster? (ir1 is spouse only, right?)

I'm assuming a large fraction of them may also be I-130s from LPRs too?

So IR-1 i130s should be approved faster? (ir1 is spouse only, right?)

Yes. Spouses and/or minor children of US citizens have first priority.
