Sorry me again, is it possible if you can create one for K1's from the Vermont Center? Again, as previously stated, I submitted I-129F, denied, under AP...Fiance had interview july 13, 2011...

Hey Rose..

I did a run for K1 from Vermont by request and posted here just before Christmas:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/343970-paisamans-i-129-eac-statistics/

The processing dates appear to be in August though. If they denied you that will change the timeline greatly.. Not sure what I can do.

Sorry.. Good luck.

De nada amigo. Feliz ano nuevo!

Right now I am tracking July because that is where the majority of the activity is. My assumption is that they will work on July and August before getting to September, in which case you are still probably a couple months out.

I will post my August numbers this week, I haven't started tracking September yet.

Yey! I will be watching out for the August numbers! :-) Thanks a lot!

We're filing now. We were supposed to file in August. Now I wish we did, but Hawaii Health Dept couldn't get wifey's mailing address right and took forever to send out marriage certificate! Wonder if they were too backlogged with people requesting Obama's birth certificate??

Any chance CSC might be transfering some cases to Texas or Vermont to speed things up?

Unlikely. However, speaking as someone still in the queue I really really really don't want them to do that. The last time they did they promptly 'lost' the petitions for several months. :(

OK.. Couple updates.

Thanks to a VisaJourney member who sent me a WAC for a random cousin I was able to sort a way to weed out some of the I130 applications that aren't for immediate family.

This reduces the total records by about half from 68k to 34k.

Reposting 12/31/2011 numbers and numbers from 1/13/2012.

Summary:

34036 total applications

24733 in Initial Review

5,247 in Post Decision

984 in RFE

2653 Declined for errors

419 in other

Changes over last 2 weeks: 970 reviewed with 779 in Decision, 173 in RFE, and 18 in other.

Biggest change was on July 11th.

Holy slow processing Batman.. Hoping these pick up when they finish the June apps.

Good looking out Pai, I hope to see some stats on some September filers soon, numbers in the WAC1190690000 range just to see what it can look like for us as it has been about 4 months for me, yet not outside of the normal stated processing times, but I am geared up for a 6-7 month wait for NOA2.

Wishing everybody the best and a speedy NOA2.

Pie......

That is just... pathetic... It also backs up what I've been saying for a while in that they effectively stopped processing I130s in any meaningful way back in June.

Either they only have 2 or 3 people working on these or it takes far far far longer to do each one than I would imagine...

I ran a set of numbers on Dec 23 that went all the way up to WAC1190657999.

I can put together a report that would cover August, but in re-scanning the first 6k records we have had only 6 change status in the last 3 weeks.

Not worth scanning until more of June/July is complete my guess.

Well, thanks for a bit of insight. I really want my NOA2 and so does my wife. When does it seem July 25 cases will start running?

I was just reading one of the prior "CSC slow down" threads and saw you and I both posting in it. This was back in September and people were assuring us that everything was fine and it wasn't that bad.. we'd get our NOA2s in 3 or 4 months total no problem...

168 Days... no action..

Are you all sure this is accurate? I do not want to get my hopes up. I mean this is already stressful enough.
