Len,

Thanks for clarifying. I learnt something new today about the booklet Yaqin received :)

If it helps, I'm quoting Nich-Nick who said "You could get any shots you need from your wife's doctor, or the Health Department, or a Redi-Cinic in Walgreens, Duane Reade, or a grocery store, or the Civil Surgeon. Find where they are the cheapest. Every place sets their own prices so call and ask. Then all of the different shot papers have to be copied onto one form (I-693) by a Civil Surgeon."

I've read DS-3025 and I-693 threads to know that many, including myself, were confused. Nich-Nick seems to be very knowledgeable in this area.

With so many people having issues with CS, I would advice future k-1 beneficiaries seriously consider getting vaccinations at the Guangzhou medical facility. They seem to know what's required for AOS.

Yes, it's not a big deal if you get an RFE. Just deal with it if it comes :)

Thanks for the information I will go to Homeland security on he 27 and ask them. they have a new form now for the I-693 My wife talked with a chineses Civil Surgon in Austin Texas and they told that now they will require a physcial exam here too regardless So suggest just get the exam then vaccines later, I just hate to have her take a exam again but it seems here in New Mexico that its all about the extra two hundred dollars they can make. Today we got a letter from social security office said she can not get her ss card because her visa will exspire in 1/13/2012 and they can not process it by then we appled over a month ago We had lots of problems for something simple here they kept trying to enter her as a F-1 visa and I think they made a mess uscis SAID

A civil surgeon is a ####### shoot unless a VJ member has a recommendation, we got lucky. And by the way congratulations. My wife got all her shots in GZ easier and cheaper.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
